Privacy Policy

DOFUNNEL (“DOFUNNEL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is building an AI agent that helps people design and publish high-converting sales funnels in Framer. The product is currently in private beta and pre-launch. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our waitlist and website, how we use it, and the choices you have. This document is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist or use our site, we may collect:

• Email address — provided by you to reserve your spot on the waitlist and to receive launch and product updates.
• Referral data — a referral code we generate for you, the referral code that referred you (if any), and referral attribution such as how many people you have referred.
• Limited technical signals — a hashed version of your IP address and your browser user-agent string, used for spam and abuse prevention. We store a one-way hash of the IP rather than the raw address.
• Device and usage preferences — stored locally in your browser (see the Cookies and local storage section below).

We do not currently request or store sensitive personal information, and we ask that you do not submit any beyond what is described here.

How we use your information

• To add you to the waitlist and manage your position in line.
• To operate the referral program, including generating your referral code, attributing referrals, and calculating your standing.
• To send transactional and waitlist emails (for example, confirmation that you joined, referral milestones, and launch notifications).
• To protect the waitlist from spam, fraud, and abuse using the hashed IP and user-agent signals.
• To understand interest in the product and improve our pre-launch experience.

The referral program

When you join the waitlist, we create a unique referral code that you can share. If someone joins using your referral link, we attribute that signup to your code so it can count toward your referral total and your position in line. We use referral data only to operate and measure the program. Attempts to game the program through fake or automated signups may result in removal from the waitlist.

Email and transactional messages

We use Resend to deliver transactional and waitlist emails on our behalf. To send these messages, your email address is shared with Resend solely for delivery. You can ask us to stop sending non-essential emails at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser’s local storage to remember your referral code and lightweight interface preferences so the site works smoothly when you return. These are stored on your device and are not used for cross-site advertising. You can clear them at any time through your browser settings, though doing so may reset your saved referral code and preferences.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the waitlist (such as our email provider and hosting infrastructure), and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of DOFUNNEL and its users.

Data retention

We keep waitlist information for as long as the waitlist is active and as needed to launch the product, operate the referral program, and meet legal or operational requirements. If we decide not to launch, or once your information is no longer needed for these purposes, we will delete or anonymize it. You can request earlier deletion as described below.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of non-essential emails. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the link in those messages.

Children’s privacy

DOFUNNEL is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

Because we are pre-launch, this policy may change as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
