These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DOFUNNEL website, waitlist, and private beta (collectively, the “Service”). DOFUNNEL is an AI agent for building high-converting sales funnels in Framer, and the Service is currently in pre-launch and private beta. By joining the waitlist or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This document is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.

Pre-launch and private beta

The Service is offered on a pre-launch basis. Features, availability, pricing, and timelines may change or be discontinued at any time without notice. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, a specific launch date, or any particular features. Private beta access, if granted, may be limited, may carry additional terms, and may be modified or revoked at our discretion.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

The waitlist and referral program

When you join the waitlist, we assign you a unique referral code you can share with others. Referrals attributed to your code may affect your position in line. You agree to use the referral program in good faith and not to manipulate it through fake signups, automated bots, spam, or other deceptive practices. We may adjust positions, remove referrals, or remove accounts from the waitlist if we detect abuse, at our sole discretion. Any waitlist position, referral standing, or perceived priority is provided for engagement purposes and confers no contractual right to the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false information or impersonate another person or entity.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to register, manipulate the referral program, or extract data.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or the rights of others.

Communications

By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive transactional and waitlist emails related to your signup, referral activity, and the launch of the Service. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting us.

Intellectual property

The Service, including the DOFUNNEL name, branding, website, and underlying technology, is owned by DOFUNNEL and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or content except as necessary to use the Service as intended.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Because the Service is in pre-launch and private beta, it may contain errors, be incomplete, or be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOFUNNEL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including your place on the waitlist, at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by contacting us.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
